The Graphic Design Company Good Creative recently set us a brief for a new, all natural fruit juice product called Kate's Fruit Potions. We were asked to brand and package this new juice product, aimed at children but also should catch the eye of parents looking for a healthy choice to give their kids. We were to take into account that 'Kate' was a mother who felt that there were no products on the current market that she would give to her child, she wanted to create something natural that she would happily allow her child to drink, she is a concerned mother who has developed this product for this reason.

My outcome used trees (the source of the ingredients) as quirky characters, each reflective of the flavour. The fruit growing on the trees bubbled up to relate to the potion name and the other language on the label also exaggerated this theme. I created 4 ads that showed the trees as a packed forest, showing that each drink is crammed 'full of goodness'. My point of sale is a large cardboard version of the tree characters that would be placed around the supermarket, they have pouches that the juice bottle would sit in so that the children could 'pick' the juice from the tree.
